Application Requirements
Please see the income chart below. To qualify, you must have excellent credit and your annual income must be between the income guidelines below.
You can submit your application online. There is a non-refundable application fee of $20.
Example: If you are 1 person, your income must be over the amount of $49,450 and can be no more than $59,340. Note: The income guidelines are published by HUD and are subject to change.
Please be prepared to provide all applicable documentation for all adults and/or dependents of the household:
