Oceanview Associates is an income-restricted, affordable apartment community. Applicants must meet income and credit requirements set by HUD.
Eligibility Information and Requirements
To qualify for an apartment at Oceanview Associates, applicants must meet the following requirements. Meeting income and credit requirements does not guarantee apartment assignment as availability is extremely limited.
Your total annual household income must fall within the income ranges shown in the chart below, based on household size. Income limits are published by HUD and are subject to change. Additionally, applicants must have excellent credit. Credit history is reviewed as part of the application process.

How to Apply
Click the button below to view current available apartments and submit an online application. A $20 non-refundable application fee is required per applicant.
Please be prepared to upload documents for all adults and dependents in the household, including:
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate
- Six (6) most recent consecutive pay stubs
- Proof of any additional household income
- Six (6) most recent bank statements
- Most recent W-2 (if applicable)
- Most recent tax return(s)
