Please see the income chart below. To qualify you must have excellent credit and your annual income must be between the income guidelines below.  Note that we accept all forms of documented income and housing subsidies.

Example: If you are 1 person your income must be over the amount of $49,450 and can be no more than $59,340. (Note: The income guidelines are published by HUD and are subject to change)
